Damn it... last thing we need is Red Octane and Activision bragging about how many more units of their crappy franchise that they have moved. Although, I guess that people could always sell their free Garbage Hero and put the money towards something better (Rock Band or Blu-rays).

it was a good deal, so good i bought mine at 10:15 this morning. they let me use the $50 rebate today and bought another dual shock converter. havnet played it yet, i've been watching my 2 yr old all day and dont want him destroying it lol.

This deal just makes me think a price drop on the PS3 is coming soon. This recession they need to get the PS3 out there as much as possible (even if it is at a loss) for if the economy picks up it should pay off more eventually in the long run.

Go figure! I just bought a new PS3 on Thursday and now this deal goes into effect on Sunday.

Looks like I'll have to make a special trip into BB now to pick up my GH, guitar, and $50 gift card....
Thank goodness they guarantee their prices so that people like me aren't getting totally ripped off.
