Did you mean to type 'hang'? instead of 'hired'?

If so, I think most use speaker stands if they don't have a wall to attach to, or you can try hanging a mount off the ceiling itself which I have seen many do as well (no wall required).

..or maybe "hide" instead of "hired". If that's what your getting at, that would make sense because some people install speakers directly in the wall which allows you to paint the grills to match wall color. Personnally, I like the statement of "here are my speakers!...check em' out!". If you don't install in the wall, then mounting a low-profile speaker to the wall is your best bet. You could also mount your rear speakers to the ceiling if they are the smaller style.

I think the question is either how can you hang speakers without going in wall with the wiring, OR how to get the speakers up high without hanging them on the wall.

If your question was #1, how to hang the speakers without running the wiring in wall....... have a look at my gallery and check out the rear speakers. I made some home made acoustical tiling to hide the wiring.

If your question was #2... how to get your speakers up high without hanging them on the wall.... get some speaker stands like the ones seen here
