heard japanese blu-rays have korean subs, this true?

i heard that this is true for nearly all japanese blu-rays,regardless of whether it says it on the packaging. anyone heard anything like this?

As far as I know, there are cases where there are Korean subs on them but not all. My Japanese Spider-Man trilogy box for example only has Japanese and English audio and subs.
