Default Sharing PSN games

A buddy of mine just bought a PS3, and I was considering giving him my log in info, so that he could download some of the games I've already purchased. We can still do this right? I don't want to get our accounts suspended from PSN or anything.

You can, but it is theft. Only you the owner are allowed to redownload software you have purchased, but many people share games. All it does is screw developers and publishers out of their hard earned money and gives them less incentive to make us nice PSN games.

As you can probably tell I don't think much of "game-sharing" and think Sony should make a point of closing the loophole somehow.

Ok... I thought I heard that Jack Trenton said we could.

Edit: I found this... Don't know if it's correct though

I think he said it was technically possible, but not that he condoned it.

I think SCE are looking at ways of closing the loophole. Something about making a $1 charge for each re-download to your CC which they would refund once complete...

you can. it's not illegal. you get 5 account uses (mostly for family). This thread will be closed because we can't talk about it here.

BUT you wont get kicked out of PSN.
