Default 805 Problem...

Well, first I thought it was my PS3 acting up, but after taking some of the advice from here, I hooked it straight to the TV, and the problem vanished. Th eproblem is, whenever I'm doing anything on the PS3 with the video going through HDMI, I get random black screen flashes. Not often, maybe 1-2 times a movie, doesnt last long about 1/2 a second, sound does not cut out. I've rules out the cables, using 2 sets, one set about 4 weeks old, one brand new from monoprice.

I bought it off Ebay, from a supposedly authorized seller, will have to check on that. Only issue is, the repair center is in Colorado, would be $100+ to ship it in for repairs. Had it for 5 months... about time for craigslist I think...

I popped it open, took a look inside, couldnt see anything visibly wrong, nothing loose, burnt, or broken.

Any one have any advice, things to try... I guess my next test would be seeing if it does it with non hdmi source/output.
