Default Bulb gone or light engine?

So i woke up a few hours ago... Hit the power on the remote... I heard a little buzzing sound and the television shut off by itself. No picture. Usually the little led would light up green then picture, but it just shuts off?

Any suggestions on what else should i change? From the pics, you can see the bulb is gone but what about the light engine?

Cell phone pics:

If you look closely you'll see the broken fillament in the bulb and the peices

Also decided to remove the rear cover and clean up the dust.

More when the bulb comes in. I just need to find a local dealer to purchase one.

My dad has a 65" Samsung DLP and the bulb is an easy fix. You can even search the part number online to find out where and how much it'll run you. Now, what was a pain and needed a repairman for was when the colorwheel shattered. I think that ran about $350. It made a high pitched grinding sound and there was no picture. But I've swapped out the bulb on it twice. Easy as pie.

from the looks of the pics, it looks like a bulb issue....just out of curiousity, doesn't your tv have a "bulb" light that goes off when the bulb does give way? My Mitsu warned me when my bulb did go out...

I had a similar thing happen but it was the color that wheel froze up. Had a noise like something hitting a fan blade. Then one day I turned it on and it made a noise when a fan ceases up.
