this movie freaked me out when i was younger.....i made the mistake of watching it on HBO or something when i was 7.

this scene really messed me up.

Well, they did announce that a sequel looks to be very possible so I would assume that they may release a Blu release near the release of number two.

They so need to release this on blu-ray ASAP!! I have loved it since I was a little. It took me a while to find it on DVD, found it a few years back. Hell, it took me forever to actually find it on TV one afternoon. I was in heaven!!

An "unknown date" in 2012 is too long to have to wait!

I wouldn't say "making". More like "trying". Grant Cramer, the main actor from the film posted a "fan made" trailer promoting a sequel. The question is will it ever get made. I would love to see a sequel, or a re-boot, but even if that doesn't happen it won't bother me. I just want a Blu-ray release of this one!!

Never heard of or saw Killer Klowns from Outer Space until the 200X's. When I finally did see this, however, it became one of my all-time favorite '80's flicks. Very funny & well-done, considering it obviously had a very low budget. The prosthetics/make-up on the alien clowns was both somewhat bizzare & at the same time hilarious; also liked their alien ship with the cotton candy

I was surprised that the DVD has so many special features, considering it's such a little-known B-grade sci-fi flick.

I would definitely be onboard for a KKFOS Blu, especially since I don't have the DVD. And, though I'm indifferent to Special features in most cases, in this instance I felt these were great & it would be nice if they would be replicated on a potential Blu.

OK - Thanks for the info. Sorry about that - when I did a search for this I couldn't find a dedicated thread for a Blu version of KKFOS, so figured that there wasn't one; however, when I looked again I found a Blu thread for this & Jeepers Creepers ....
