The Island - UK vs Japan Disc Art

This is a question for anyone who has a UK copy of The Island on Blu-Ray - is the picture below what the disc itself actually looks like? I came across the image of the Japanese version, which actually has the movie title on the disc itself, and I prefer it over the UK version that has those awful labels all over it instead.

I would like to buy the UK import, but that hideous disc art might prevent me from doing so, especially since I assume the eventual US release would resemble the much nicer Japanese version.
