I am waiting on MonoPrice to deliver my 12 gauge Speaker wire, banana plugs, etc. While I have been waiting, I have been thinking of bi-amping the speakers. My question to anyone with these speakers is with the strange arrangement of the tweeter on the bottom & the woofer on top, would the low-end plug be on the top as well? It seems to me a natural assumption, but I don't like assuming things and the instructions that came with the speakers do not say!

as far as i know when you are looking at the rear of the speakers and the polk label with the serial numbers is right side up (so you can read it properly) they are set-up like any other speaker as far as bi-wiring or bi-amping is concerned with the top terminals for the high freq's and the bottom terminals for the low freq's. i read that a while ago while researching those speakers for my surround back. i have bi-wired 5 or my 7 channels. I don't intend to bi-wire the surround back TSi100 channels even though they will accept it. i hope this helps. Someone else please jump in here if i've been told the wrong thing. I am sure that this question is being asked for the same reason I asked at the Polk site, because of the physical location of the tweeter being on the bottom and the woofer being on the top when the speaker is setting upright. again, my understanding is the terminals on the back still follow the standard HF on the top terminals and LF on the lower terminals.

The only reason I considered doing it is according to what I have been reading, it makes the speakers sound "fuller".

The point CrazyBlue is trying to make is that it doesn't matter which one is for the tweeter and which one is for the woofer. Since you are going to use the same amplifier (receiver) to power them, they both receive the same wattage.
