Personally I'd go with the Matrix Collection. You get more out of it with the Matrix Databank!

Pretty close, I'd go with the Matrix though since those 4 movies are better as a collection than the Batman set.

I'm not a big fan of comic-book adaptations...... but The Michael Keaton Batman is better than every Matrix film combined in my opinion......

I'd personally buy the Michael Keaton Batman, and the first Matrix movie individually.......

If you're looking at it from a collector's standpoint though....... you'll just end up getting both sets

Although I like Batman and Batman Forever, the last two movies stink worse than a port-o-let. Matrix will have better replay and the PQ and AQ are excellent even with a less than stellar 2nd and 3rd movie.

That’s a toss up! Batman and Batman Returns good....the other two bad! Matrix 1 Awesome....but the other two go together and the third one killed the second one. I would say Pick up Batman when you can get it individually and grab the Matrix all by itself. Save yourself some money and go get a set like the Godfather or something.....

I would chose the matrix collection and it also includes the animatrix on blu too! As for the batman anthology I really only enjoyed the first movie. But my guess, is that your leaning towards getting the batman anthology anyway, because of all the comic book adapted films in your posted collection.

I would pick Batman, but the choice probably depends on which series you like most.

I'd go for the Batman Anthology. Both Burton films are good, and the documentaries/featurettes on the Schumacher movies are really interesting, even if the movies themselves suck.

i own the godfather already. and yea thats the thing..the 1st two batmans are great batman forver and batman forever are not that great but i still like them cuz its batman, and the 1st matrix is amazing i can watch it over and over second matrix is good too and the 3rd matrix just ruins the story in my opinion dont like the animatrix so not really thinking about that, i think im going with the batman set and gona buy the 1st matrix sepratly in a couple weeks but still trying to decide, thanx for the feed back so far, keep it comin..

I pretty much agree with flyboy66, altho' I never got around to watching the third Matrix flick. I own The Batman Anthology and plan to pick up only The Matrix digibook.
