I have to get around to cataloguing my vinyl again. I moved into my new apartment about 9 months ago and haven't got around to organizing my collection just yet. Seeing as I'm without a turntable for now, I may as well put in the effort and get it done.
I saw an LP Divider set at Sunrise Records, but they want $80CDN for it, which I think is a little steep. Can anyone point me to a less expensive alternative? I've seen the Suck UK divider set at amazon, but I don't particularly care for it despite the fact it's only around $30USD. I'd also be interested to know how you categorize your vinyl. Is it purely in alpha order by artist? Or do you have your own method? I have always just alphabetized my collection by artist, with 2 exceptions. Boxsets stay together and I put all Classical together. With classical I could never determine if I should do it by Composer or Performer. Any thoughts and/or opinions?
