![]() ![]() http://gemaga.sbcr.jp/archives/2009/04/ffviipsp.html Google Translate: http://translate.google.com/translat...ml&sl=ja&tl=en ![]() Credit goes to GAF for finding it. Goes to show you how AWESOME JP PSOne selection is and how weak SCEA (and to some extent SCEE) selection is. Last edited by AranhaHunter; 04-10-2009 at 10:10 AM. |

Must get this for my PSP! Seriously though, if they added the more superior FFVIII to EU.PSN I would actually die a happy man... |

The short answer is no.
The long answer is it's the international version, which traditionally features Japanese text and English voice. And since VII didn't have any voice... It's called International because it's a re-release that includes stuff that was added in the U.S. and European versions. Maxpower1987: Do you know what's going on with SCEA and PS1 games? We know they're sitting on a bunch of games already submitted from Capcom, and probably Suikoden 2 as well (Konami says they're working on it). I'm hoping for a classic games store, but I remember hoping SCEA was just waiting on the PSN Store redesign to start releasing PS1 games. ![]() |

Does anyone know the reason why Japanese PSN gets all of these Square-Enix games while the US store does not? Does Microsoft have a hand in this? |

Do you mind expanding a little?
Like do you mean that the other countries do not want to pay for the licensing or Square-Enix will not allow it to go outside of Japan? Also, do you think that Microsoft may have a hand in it? I see zero reason as to why they shouldn't release it worldwide other than someone paying them money not to. |

thanks
![]() but seriously the more things like this that get released in japan and not over here, it makes me want to become an other console fanboy. because at least they know how to treat their US customers. ![]() sony seems to only care about what japan wants and totally ignore all it's us fans. bringing us games like jet moto. wtf!? might as well bring madden 99 while your at it. ![]() |

I'm not referring to them immeadiately releasing FFVII to the US right now. I'm talking about the rest of the Square Enix titles because if those never come, then I doubt this one will either for said reasoning.
