The PS3 media server question

I tried the PS3 media server, and it works.

I was able to watch some movies (most are unwatchable for me, only mpeg2 codecs were watchable for me), listen to some music, and watch some pictures.

But, I also wanted to watch MGS4 trailers, that I have on my PC. They are HD, but that shouldnt matter. They have a .WMV extention.

Now from what I understand, the PS3 uses Windows Media player 11, so it should be able to display .WMV extentions right?

Or am I simply forgetting something?

Edit: BTW, this PS3 media server thing is an awesome feature!
