Question 'National Treasure' Release Questions

These films have been released on BD already, but I have some questions about the versions:

As far as I understand the two films have been released separately and in a "pack".
Both in the US and the UK, which leads me to the first question:
Are they actual separate releases or simply completely the same released in both regions?

Then, there only seem to be US-versions of both the individual releases and the "pack"-release on this website.
Which show there are only 3 languages of subtitles on the discs.
Does this mean it would be the same for the UK-releases or would they have different or more subtitles?

The reason I ask is that I would like to buy the UK-version being in The Netherlands.
But then my father would like the BDs I buy to have Dutch subtitles too,
so he doesn't have to go and get the Dutch versions.
Which wouldn't happen anyway, since they're like double the price here.

That leads me to another question:
Are there also Dutch versions then? Which I guess would be a yes, kind of obviously...
But are those the "UK-versions", simply being Region B, only with Dutch packaging?
For the rest being completely identical I guess.

Unless the UK-versions really don't have Dutch subtitles either.
I guess there would have to be additional Dutch versions too.
Just like for example there are German releases shown on this website too.
Which confuses me, because it makes me think there might not be actual Dutch versions,
since there aren't any specific Dutch releases/versions shown on this website.

So what do we have on the shelves here?
Indeed like the same identical discs and boxes from the UK, only with different cover-prints?

Oh, and one other question more specifically about the 'National Treasure'-BDs:
Would that "pack" just have the two separate releases put into one cardboard "slip-box"?
So with two standard boxes or different...

In the UK the pack version is exactly the same as buying the two separate releases, you just get an additional cardboard slipcase with the pack.

National Treasure in the UK has Dutch subtitles, but the sequel National Treasure - Book of Secrets does not have them.

OK thanks, and how is it compared to the US-versions?
Like with quality and content and all that, also just the same?
