Can any "Leaving Las Vegas" fans confim the Region codes for both the German and French releases?

The preliminary info for the French disc is - Region B "locked". We will cover it so you could wait for a final confirmation.

I've the french release (studio canal) and it is region A and B. I wonder how it compares to the german release.
