Question Samsung LE40A656 (A question)

While watching a number of movies set a Movie with Motionplus set to off the screen went black for about 1/2 second and the picture was then displayed as Dynamic and motion plus set to medium. Is there any way to prevent this happening again?

Double check your TV is in HOME mode not SHOP MODE, read manual good luck

Thanks D. It was indeed in store mode. Had to go into Plug & Play and reset.
