Sony cuts 100 jobs at U.S. PlayStation headquarters

Well it looks like Sony is doing the right thing restructuring the Playstation headquarters. Every company over the years including Microsoft to IBM have had layoffs to streamline operations to stay competitive. With automation fewer employees are needed which can increase profits for shareholders. The people that are laid off either find another job in the same field or go back to school to get reeducated. I also had to do the same thing many years ago in the technical field I was in when my entire department was laid off for the company I worked for.
