My BDP s550 doesn't play AVI files :( - Blu-ray Forum

Hello.
I have recently bought a sony BDP s550 player.
Whilst it plays blu ray discs, unfortunately for me, when burning AVIs from the computer (1080P AVIs), it doesn't play them. Doesn't even show them in the file list on the player.

Is there a way to solve this?
What formats are indeed supported by that player?

Read the manual for what's supported. It doesn't play AVIs so create an AVCHD disc.
