Default Help with a region free player...

Hello all. I am looking to purchase a region "free" blu-ray player, or possibly a region "B" player. I live in the US and currently have two PS3's. However, I have been importing titles like crazy and recently there have been numerous titles I would like to own that are region locked. So I was considering a few options and wanted to get some feedback. I was looking at the following region "free" players:

Panasonic DMP-BD30 Multizone + Multiregion
http://www.jvbdigital.nl/jvb.asp?cur...itle&title=478

Momitsu BDP-899
http://www.hkflix.com/hardware/xq/as...qx/details.htm

as well as the Oppo Digital BDP-83 (although this one is more expensive so I would have to justify that over my other options).

Also, I was thinking of just importing a region "B" PS3. I LOVE my US PS3's and nearly every title that I import is region B so this seems like a logical choice as well. Are there any drawbacks to just importing a region B player? And if I purchased a foreign PS3 could I just buy a US power cord and switch them?

I would love to get some feedback on what people think is the best option. I'm not as concerned with audio options as I am video. And I'm mostly just interested in finding a cost effective way to be able to watch ANY/ALL European blu-ray's. Thanks in advance.

Here's a review of the Momitsu: dvdbeaver

Probably what I would do right now, were I to do anything.

[But the wife will literally kill me if another piece of hardware appears in the HT, so not gonna happen... For quite a while... She's gotten much better at noticing these things, (un)fortunately. Only took here about two weeks or so to notice the last one.]

How were you able to get this shipped to the U.S.? Amazon tells me that it cannot be shipped to my U.S. address when I try to checkout.

I had the same problem with US Amazon, they wouldn`t deliver to Europe. But you will find someone on eBay. I had to pay for my s350 Sony about 40 Dollars for the delivery and 25 for taxes. But beware there are a lot of sellers on eBay who charge way too much for delivery. And about Ps3 it`s allmost too expensive and it's weight is bigger so it will cost more in shipping. About the switching Cords on PS3 i heard it has a internal power converter, but i`m not really sure, on the other hand Europe has 220V and the US 110V, so i dont think you could destroy a European Ps3 with 110V. But you could damage or destroy an US Player with the 220V in Europe.
