Default Arcsoft TotalMedia Help

Can anyone help, I can play blu-ray just fine using TMT3 and get fantastic video quality and full dtsHD and Dolby TrueHD sound, however When I put a normal DVD in, it shrinks the picture to the corner of the screen and won't play full screen - even though TMT3 itself is in full screen mode. ( NVidia 8600GTS and Asus Xonar 1.3 on Vista 64 PC hardware)

I tried using the media centre plug in, which did the same thing. I can play full screen dvd in Media centre ( with no audio out as no choice in MCE for hdmi sound output ) and can play in media player with audio ( but media player does not have the plugin to upscale dvd picture quality ).

I am stuck. Before upgrading, all worked fine in TMT2. Anyone else having this issue?

I have even tried all my NVidia settings, in a number of ways and also tried to lower the resolution of my screen ( which then seems to affect blu-ray play )
