Default Sony Promotional Disc?

For those that choose to read this, it will be an unusual request... I was in Circuit City a couple days ago and was drawn to the Sony XBR2 they had on display because of their promotional disc. It was not a Hollywood title and didn't show many previews or trailers. Rather, the disc contained many different images -- some of the Italian coastline, some of different colorful toys and trinkets, etc. The images were mostly slow moving, but the color was incredible. I was really hoping to order a copy of this Sony promotional Blu Ray disc because I'd like to play it for friends when they give me the line, "I can't tell the difference between Blu Ray and DVD." So, does anybody know if it is capable of being ordered anywhere, or where I may search for a copy? I'd really appreciate any help that anyone may be able to give me. Thank you in advance...

The store manager said they, and other stores, are given one for display purposes and that it wasn't for sale. I believe that is an order from Sony so that they don't get in trouble for distributing a disc that is not officially for sale.

Anyone on here work for a CC or BB and able to get a hold of an extra copy?

Unfortunately I don't believe so. The disc clearly read "Sony" in the upper right hand corner and panned across the screen comparing high def vs. standard def.

Not quite... While I really appreciate the interest and help, I don't believe that is the correct disc.

I worked at Circuit City (I left two weeks ago to start summer school). From the description of the video…I was a promotional clip provided by the Sony rep. and it is on a DVR not a disk.

This has to be the funniest thing i've seen in 2 weeks: It's from the PDF on the usage CD:

Quote:
Authorized Logo Usage
The logos may be used for in-store display and TV loops, and in Retailer’s print,
Internet, and TV spot advertising; only in accordance with the specifications set
forth in this Guide. If Retailer displays the Blu-ray Disc logo in proximity to any
other competing DVD format logo, Retailer will ensure that the size of the Blu-ray
Disc logo is at least equal to the size of the competing format logo.
