whoaaa!!! I've been wanting this movie fora LONG time but didn't want to pay the price of the German or Italian Import. I hope to god it looks good and is in OAR with 1080p (not 1080i ). mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Jessica Biel in hD. I can live with that.

I'm curious as to whether it has a lossless track or not. That was the one thing that held me back from importing this title.

It'll be nearly 100% certain to have a lossless track, It's from Alliance directly so they'll put DTS-HD MA on it like all the others that they have done. Only thing I'm wondering is the PQ in relation to the german/italian releases and whether or not it's full 1080p.

Saw this at Futureshop, and here are the specs according to the back of the case:

I'll second that; I saw it today in FS, seems like another bare bones release (which isn't a particular problem for me), but I won't bite until I read some PQ reviews.

The beaver confirms no extras, no subs but PQ and AQ are very good. It looks like they didn't mess this title up. Price is very reasonable as well.

Looks pretty good. I need to give this film another viewing, I really hated it when it 1st came out. More of a Prestige fan here lol.

This disc looks very good and sounds fine considering the shoddy treatment many other Canadian exclusives have gotten. I did notice some light banding and macroblocking in a few spots, but nothing that would force one to regret purchasing it. A U.S. release by Fox will probably have less artifacting but you'll get the same lossless audio. People on the fence should probably pick up this Canadian release instead of waiting.
