scrumptious Banned Member since:Feb 2009 Timezone GMT: 0	amazon returns amazon has already sent a replacement. Will amazon email you once they have received your return? I heard that amazon once closed the accounts of people who returned too many items. But that they reopened some of them after realizing how many scratched DVDs there are. So is amazon less draconian now about closing accounts?
