Wish I could help but I don't have an hdtv yet.
So its only snowy when you play a movie? try another player-thats all I can think of.
I know how you feel about not getting help-many forums I go on and I ask a simple Q and no one answers. This is the best forum that I know of. People help alot faster and better then any other forum Im aware of.
It depends when you post it too, theres times not to many people are on. Plus with your question, some people could be trying to figure it out also...just a thought.
Well Im glad you figured it out!
