Default Cheaper Blu-rays other than on Amazon.com

Hey everyone, recently I pre ordered the Blu-ray X-Men Trilogy from Amazon. I didn't receive the email with my free wolverine pass, only because I preordered it one day before the promo started. Now I've emailed amazon and called 3 times only to be told that this situation is being worked on. It's now May 8th and I ordered April 20th. Why should I be punished for pre ordereing???

So Im asking, does anyone have cheaper sites to buy Blu-ray movies from. And has anyone else had an issue with Amazon Customer Service?? Thanks for your time.

I've loved amazon, but this crappy customer service has been making me want to throw my money elsewhere. I dont really like ebay, because of using a paypal credit card to buy the stuff.

Crappy customer service because you bought the blus BEFORE the sale/special started? Can you go into walmart or sears the day before the sale and demand the sale price? Chalk it up and let it go.

If you live in NY, Amazon sucks! Tax ruins every deal.

I buy my Blu-rays from Tower.com. No tax or shipping. Their shipping is hit or miss though. Meaning, sometimes I get it really fast and other times it takes a little bit longer than they said. But I do always get them.

BTW, I might be a little bitter because Amazon really f-ed me over on my last order.

Deals can be found on tower.com. DVDempire.com has good deals too, provided you use their coupons which can range from an extra 10 to 20% off. I found out that if you include a pre-order on DVDempire.com and hold everything to ship together and you used a coupon code (find them at DVDtalk.com), then if you later decide (before the order ships) to add an item to your order or remove an item from your order, you can do it and still get the coupon discount as long as you always stay above the coupon threshold. So DVDempire is kinda like tower in that way, sort of.

I've never gotten a scratched DVD or blu-ray from tower nor from DVDempire. I have gotten a scratched DVD and a scratched blu-ray from amazon. However, ironically enough, my getting these scratched items from amazon makes me want to only order from amazon now since they have the best return policy. It gives me peace of mind especially when ordering high ticket items or multi-disc items that are prone to scratching or breaking.

BTW I know of a really really good adult DVD sale going on that's like 80-94% off, but I'm guessing we're not allowed to post links to adult hot deals.
