50GB Discs

Anyone throw me a website where I can get 50gb discs at about $10 or less each? Any help is appreciated.

I would guess we are at least a year away from that kind of price point. The price really jumps when you get to the dual layer discs. I just looked at megamediamall.com where they have a 50 pack spindle for $18.50 each, so you still have to come up with almost a $1000 to get a price almost double your request.

Fry's has a Panasonic 50gb 5 pack for $80 that is on sale occasionally for $60, which is $12 a disc. If they can do it, someone else can. That is the way I see it.

Looks like you threw us a line. That is a great price. I will have to keep an eye out for the Fry's ads even though they don't have a location near me. Thanks for the tip.

Its on their website, in store I am not sure of. You have to check the media section occasionally, they go on and off sale frequently. Now they have a 15pack of Philips 25gbs for $49.99
