Default I keep getting the impression DVDTOWN.COM is losing neutrality

I don't know how many of you goes there for your DVD news, but it used to be one of my favourite site for review and news. However, after the format war started, I just don't like how they always ready to bash blu-ray and sing praises for HD-DVD in quite a number of their news article, editorials, and in their forums.

I really wish they would remain neutral and don't play favourtism, but it's getting harder to shake off my impressions. The blu-ray disc reviews are still quite good, it's the way it positions its headlines with HD-DVD vs blu-rays.

Maybe I'm just super-sensitive... but to have one of my favourite sites constantly putting down my favourite format is no fun.

yeah, I agree...

I mean...I think it's the fact that there is so much FUD being slung in the direction of Blu-ray that we are just tired of hearing this in fear that the uninformed...or disinformed customer will believe them...

but so far...BD is in complete control...I haven't been worried since I heard problems with the 1st generation sammy players and 5th element...

but when you read so many crappy articles that are completely false...it irritates a little....and then when you read something that appears even slightly against BD, you have to just realize that they aren't completely bashing....they just probably like HD DVD better....

I mean they have a competitive price...but IMO you get what you pay for...especially in studio support...

most of the their reviews celebrates HDDVD's like they are the best out there sometimes they say blu-rays are better. after all i don't depend on DVDTOWN.COM to tell me which is better i know BD's are better without questions. However, i get the feeling that they are are confusing the consumers.
