Why are there moving black bars on the sides of some 3D blu ray movies?

Why wasn't this made available in 3D like The Polar Express and Journey to the Center of the Earth. IT"S THE BEST 3D MOVIE OF THEM ALL! Please somebody explain that to me. Then someone else, FIX IT! C'MON movie people!
