These are some incredibly stupid names considering the content.

LOL That's really funny. I like it.
![]() They didn't happen to mention G4, did they? What started as "Television for Gamers" turned into reruns of Cops, guy movies, and a really desperate grab for ratings from hormone-driven boys called The International Sexy Ladies Show. To be fair, though, I don't think anyone actually knows what the name "G4" is supposed to mean anyway. |

As for Beavis and Butt head, in the five years that show was on, it was far more innovative, ground breaking and so on than The Simpsons (which has now been on for an indescribably excessive 21 years-which is indescribably nauseating, considering the show has gone far into the sewer), South Park 9which has now been on for a super excessive 13 years-which is super nauseating), You Can't Do That On Television (which was on for ten years-it would have been 11, but there was a hiatus for all 366 days of 1988) and Family Gout (which has been on for eight years; it would have been 11 years, but there was a three year hiatus) combined in 52 years. For what it's worth, 52 years is the combined amount of time those four non MTV shows have been on. Mike Judge-and, to a lesser extent, the creator(s) of YCDTOTV-were smart enough to know that B&B and YCDTOTV had a great run and ran their courses. Trey Parker and Matt Stone and especially Matt Groening could learn a ton from Mike Judge and the YCDTOTV creator(s) (whose name or names I don't know-pun not intended-at this time). |

It's not even just that. It was always known as Music Television, and they stopped playing music videos beyond really early in the morning and replaced them with reality shows. That's the truly pathetic part of it all. Oh well. If I want to watch music videos nowadays, I just hop online.
