Any plans for a US release of Brick? - Blu-ray Forum

I really enjoyed this movie and can't find any hints of a release. I see there is a 1080i UK version but I would rather wait.

Damn. I thought by now, with Looper having done so well, that we for sure would have heard about a release for this. WHATS THE HOLD UP!!!!!!

According to Rian Johnson on the forums on his own site, he was told that Focus won't release Brick on blu in the U.S. His post is from a couple years ago but Focus still seems to be holding out.

And he's right... maybe not about thrillers in general, but about Brick. It wouldn't sell.
