Best Buy price matching

Not sure where this belongs but I was just at Best Buy and they wouldn't price match Wall-E from Circuit City because "they're trying to liquidate everything"... I tried to argue that they are going to stay open they're just closing a bunch of stores and blah blah blah. I bought the movie anyways hoping that I can try to price match it at another best buy.

So why not just buy it from CC?

• CC has terrible customer service
• Never have what you are looking for
• Blu-rays are never in any particular order...they're just kinda thrown up on the shelf
• Best Buy has reward zone

the best buy reward zone reason makes sense, but i dont get how not going to a circuit store to pick up a bluray is affected by the other reasons....unless that is they don't have it (in which case BB wouldn't price match it in the first place b/c they only price match when a competitor has the lower priced item in stock). yeh it might take you an extra 10 minutes to find it on the shelf, but if it's on sale i would assume it's worth it to you. and how much customer service are you going to need on a bluray movie?
