Default Need help with weird volume issue

I have a Yamaha RX-V563 receiver and something has recently changed with the volume and I don't know why. We usually have it set between -20dB and -30dB, but as of a few days ago, we have to turn it up to -5dB to -15dB to achieve the same volume as before.

This holds true whether we're watching cable TV or a movie through my PS3, so I'm guessing it's an issue with the receiver. Everything else seems to be working normally. My only guess is that perhaps one of us sat on the Harmony remote and inadvertantly changed a setting or something.

My home theater was just installed by Geek Squad a few months ago. (Panasonic 50pz80u, very nice). As you can probably guess, I don't know a whole heck of a lot about this stuff.

Any ideas?

+1 on DRC setting. You might also see it listed under some kind of "night listening" control.
