Shipped a game to a fellow member on the 8th. He sends me about 6 pm's in the last 3 days asking where it is and the last couple are flat out threatening me with a Paypal claim. This ass hat did not want to pay extra for either tracking or insurance.
The thing that has me pissed off is that the mailing time for standard packages is anywhere from 5 days to 6 weeks and this guy won't stop freaking pm'ing me, I ended up throwing him on my ignore list. It's only been 7 business days since it shipped, if this clown leaves me negative feedback how can I get rid of it? Is there anyway I can block him from leaving feedback? |

per Paypal buyer protection The seller is responsible for the safe delivery of the item, which includes tracking as proof of delivery. Any claim will go in the buyers favor in cases of no tracking. If you print the label through Paypal its only .18 and thats worth the peace of mind in my opinion.

I have a receipt that shows it shipped but a tracking number was 7.50 extra. It was an international trade hence the length of delivery time.
Maybe I'm just short fused, I've been trading/selling for years on CAM and Ebay and I've never had to deal with someone like this before. |

NONE WAS OFFERED jerk-off quit crying and settle down you are simply a hot head and a liar, you told me you shipped it on the 7th and now come here and state you shipped it on the 8th? HMMMMM... I've had you on ignore until I saw this thread and was dying to see what kind of shit you'd be spewing.
I haven't had any problems here or on ebay unless it was a time i was indeed getting scammed, I will file a claim with paypal if I don't get the game plain and simple, you stated in PM that would be mail fraud blah blah blah, what made me think something was fishy was when you said when it went to the post office it was "out of your hands" So if something happened in transit too bad I'd have to take the loss. Again you never offered me a delivery confirmation or mentioned it in any way, then lie about the day it was shipped, then come here and call me an ass hat and a clown? Lol you will lose this one my friend. Edit: now that you mention it, one of the PMs where i harassed you was asking if you had a delivery confirmation number or some kind of proof it was shipped and you replied that no it cost $7.50 to get one... How is it that in your first post you say that I didn't want a DC#? Just be honest CK don't try and bend the story to your favor. i can provide that PM if you would like. one last thing, the paypal comment i made was made after he said it was out of his hand. i didn't threaten him i simply said i would not eat the $40 i'd be out if i didn't receive the game and would have to file a claim with paypal.
after looking over the dates etc i do think i have been a little impatient with this one and i'm sorry for my part in the whole thing. for the record i have stopped sending him any messages just waiting for the item to show up. i won't submit negative feedback unless it's deserved. take a look at my transactions here and on ebay i only have one negative out of 500+ sales/purchases. sorry for the trouble i've caused. Agreed Suss... Issues like this should also be handled in PM form. Pick a mod from the sub-forum you're in and hit them up, they are here to help when warranted. As we can see from this thread, no one comes out looking good, regardless of how the transaction turns out. Give it some more time, live and learn.

He can't PM me he's on my ignore list. A word to anyone considering dealing with this guy, postal delivery for basic service is 5 business days to 6 weeks and this guy is already threatening me with a Paypal suit.

sigh this guy just doesn't know when to quit. this is his first sale, he didn't tell me i might have to wait 6 weeks to get the item.. if anyone has any doubts about trading with me please let me know because i can provide nothing but positive feedback across several forums, thanks

it seems that instead of trying to solve this in a civil manner, you both have turned to bickering, bashing and trading personal insults (which is against forum rules, btw) which never helps any situation. why not try and put the miscommunication behind you and instead work to actually resolve the issue that IMO should have stayed between both parties and mods anyway

To Havuk88: Making a second account to continue to harass another member is not a good thing to do. It isn't his fault that international shipping takes time and you REALLY need to calm down. Even if he did ship out on the 7th, it has only been 10 business days counting today.

i didn't make a new account to harass him, it's a second account i made when i couldn't remember my old log in info and didn't have access to the ole email.
how many times do i have to say i understand now that it could take alot longer and i have indeed jumped the gun and been too impatient on this transaction? believe me i will never do business with casual killer again just look at the original post in this thread nothing but name calling when all that was necessary was to explain the situation. before this none of my PMs where insulting infact in one i told him i realised he couldn't control how long it took to get here??? he's coming here accusing me of being crazy etc to cover himself and try and look better if i decide to give him a negative . you guys keep quoting business days, here in the USA at least the post office runs business on saturdays so technically it's been 13 including today |
