Blu-ray movie loads but won't play on my PS3 - Blu-ray Forum

I've tried two different copies of the Blu Ray movie "The Express", and neither will play the movie on my PS3 running 2.76 firmware. It will load the DVD and I can see logo when it loads, but it only shows black with no audio when it tries to play. I can take that movie out of the PS3 and put any other Blu Ray or DVD movie in there and it will load and play fine.
Are there any known issues with PS3 2.76 and Blu Ray current releases?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I haven't noticed anythign bad wiht that update. Maybe they made a bad batch of that movie.

Yes, there are known issues with the 2.70/2.76 "upgrades". My U.S. copy of Jethro Tull Live at Montreaux loads but will not play. Others on other forums have reported other issues as well. Sony refuses to acknowledge the problems, however. Please contact Sony support so your voice can also be heard.

check to make sure the 24p option is off under video settings check that 1080p is unchecked if your hdtv is only 720p hdtv.

I had the same problem i installed latest firmware and now i am able to see
blue ray movies.............
