Question pull-down screen wont roll up back

yeah, thats a bit boring, I wanted to watch a movie, I pull at my screen and the mechanism seem to fail, the screen went way down and no way to pull it back up.

I check the inside mechanism to see if it's made like in curtain and it seem to be made that way too so I tried to rewind the spring manually but when I tried to put back the cover on the pin/spring it unwind all the way out again.

is there a trick? a way to wind it up somehow?

(sorry for the english, wasnt really easy to explain)

What brand is it? I had an elite pull down before my fix frame and it was all plastic inside(POS). It broke the first day I got it....
