and it looks like i can't start another trade thread.. Check my feedback, i pretty much daily get a positive trade or sale. 1 person with 0 feedback from another country and less than 20 posts says he didn't get my part of a trade i sent him. another member with 1 feedback then traded with me and then claimed he also didn't recieve a trade i got. Should i have to send there stuff back for free and lose out on my stuff as well? i think this is unreasonable and would love opinions... they are just that, opinions. i would like to ask the mods if i can just from now on get DC and request DC from other members Every time i send anything out from now on. i guess that includes not trading to people from other countries since you can not get DC for them anyway! i don't see why you think i should lose out on all of this?? if i get no help i guess i'm off this site now. whatever..

Honestly? I don't know what happened and that's all I can really say other than this is probably something you should've done through email and PM. FWIW I never had any issues trading with you.

agreed, but how else am i supposed to get all the people who i've had had great trades with a chance to see what's going on..? the mod jwbbud just shut me down. i explained everything to him. all the while users who actually steal from people and get caught(xpheonix23) get there thread to stay open somehow?

That's why people should be using Paypal to trade so at least you can get some kind of coverage in case someone decides to rip you off.

Ive done many trades with Tinytoonsbuster, and ive never had a problem. I dont know him personally but what i do know is, he keeps great Communication through out the trade, ships things lighting fast and items are always as listed.
I find this member to be very trust worthy. I dont know if this will help. but hopefully everything works out for the best.

I may have 0% on this forum but I have 124 postive feedbacks (100%) on avforums.co.uk and over 1300 (100%) on ebay. I have been viewing this site for a while after being introduced by Jase Winters and xboxspairs. We all have to start somewhere.
I sent you my steelbook and you received it within 4 days of posting. I have sent you a pm asking to confirm my postal address and when you posted but still no reply or actual date and no postal address. If you had got proof of posting then this could have been resolved.

My feedback didn't stop you sending me a pm asking if I wanted to trade my Hancock steelbook for indy, but you were more than happy to have Sweeney Todd instead. I done everything in the proper manner and gentlmen like. You have been very rude all through the process.

another thing people can't do is set up a 'store' on the traders sections. 60+ trades in 45 days of having a trade thread is crazy. maybe the complaints brought attention on you, then coupled with the sheer volume of trades, you were shut down.

I'm not a mod, I have no idea, but a series of PM's would have been a much better way to handle this (with J-dub, who's always been fair, and the aggrieved parties)

Well, I'll go ahead and tall you all about my situation. First of all, I never accused him of not sending my stuff. We AGREED to send priority mail because the sets were expensive. I sent mine priority, he did not. In this case only if it doesn't arrive it his fault. He sent it media mail, which is like sending an expensive set of movies to ocean and hoping they wash up. Had we sent the same method, I would agree it wasn't his fault. The entire reason for priority was so 2 expensive sets made it safe to our doors. He never told me he sent media mail. He also threw the reciept away, didn't remeber which office he mailed from, and didn't send a deilivery confirmation.

He knows that I have been extremely polite this enitre time, and every single thing we talked about was IF it didn't show up in a decent time. I made a generous offer of him sending me $40 for the Bourne Trilogy. $40!!! He then said he would only do another trade, which makes no sense. He has since traded my Bourne set. Bottom line, he might be nice, he might be a good tradeder when everyhing goes right, but when IT IS HIS FAULT he won't man up and do what is right. He knows deep down he's screwing me. Karma's a *****.

I have feedback at HDD under the same name, and at eBay under "CMChaunce". I'm not a liar, and it cost me $50.

I've traded with Tiny several times always receive as promised, and I will contuine to trade with him. All I can say is everytime you make a trade get a DC# if possible I know the ne trade was outside the counrty and not possible to get one, but anytime in the US get it it is a nice insurance policy. Tiny always communicates through out the trade and handle every trnsaction like a professional. Hope this all gets sorted out.

Before you guys back him up you might want to get the facts. I can't speak for others, but I do know he was wrong %100 in my situation. There's even more BS to this, I'll post it later tonight.

hey DOm, got the steelbook today in the mail but i opened it and noticed 2 dents on the top of the steelbook, there are not visible from just looking at it from the spine or the front but the are dents none the less. let me know what we can do about this? thanks man, sorry but the steelbook i sent you is perfect with no dents you know...

So I guess your not happy with your steelbook?

It was only new a few days prior so not sure if it was like it when received or during postage.

I know when I got my first Hancock steelbook and opened it I noticed that it had a couple of very minor marks at the top, not sure how it happened but must have been through postage or from the packaging. I couldn't see any on the sweeney one when I packaged it up. I am very annoyed that I didn't notice it myself. Makes me look bad.

He did the same thing to me Serpico, claimed I sent him damaged items and asked me to send his back. I asked for photos and he never sent. He's using his high score to scam people with low feedback.
