If that is the release date for Germany, than the US releas should be in the same time frame. Will have to get G.I. Joe day one but I can wait on Transformers: ROTF.

Really like GI Joe. It was fun and entertaining, what else can you ask for. I Hope it comes out in Nov. though. As for Transformer 2, I can wait till it's $15 or under because it wasn't that good.

How many of you will actualy buy the BD? I went to see it, it was fun but I don't see myself wanting to see this enough to buy it on BD. I also wonder how the CGI will actualy look in HD, they were horrible in theater, worst CGI I seen in years.

Right after seeing it I said I'd buy it for under $20, but now I'm having second thoughts after thinking about it for a while. It doesn't seem like it would have much replay value for me (except for Ray Park's scenes

)

Yep same here, I just don't see myself wanting to watch that often enough for a purchase. That is was I was wondering how many people would buy it?

I concur, it was a fun movie and I'll end up getting it as some point. I will not buy it opening day. I have become much more selective as i buy movies. I try to buy them as cheap as possible.

Haven't seen the movie yet because of people's mixed reviews. I'm waiting for the movie to show up at my local cheap theater to see it. I don't have any expectation from the movie other than a good action flick. Hopefully, that will be the case. If so, I'll pick it up on BD since I like action movies in general anyway and will be buying Transformers 2.

I'd definitely say it is worth a one time viewing.

Feelings on repeat viewings will vary.

I will be buying this on day one. I know some don't agree (Diesel

), but I have little doubt I will get plenty of replay value out of it. I saw it on opening weekend and I'm already looking forward to watching it again on BD.

I'll rent it on BD, if for nothing else to check out the Paris chase again. Great sequence there and the movie was pretty okay too.
