Default Alright, got a PS3 Slim but need some settings advice

Like the subject says, I got a PS3 Slim and am loving it! I got a couple games and have tweaked with things... But need some input on some settings.

• BD / DVD Dynamic Range Control
This is what the manual says: Enable or disable your PS3™ system's dynamic range control feature when playing a BD or DVD containing audio recorded in Dolby audio (Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus and Dolby TrueHD). This setting is for use only when Linear PCM audio format is selected as the audio output format.‎

Options are: Automatic, On, Off. Right now I have it on off, and after watching Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, it didn't sound like it needed to be turned on, but still thought I'd ask you all, since many of you have had a PS3 much longer than I.

• BD / DVD Video Output Format (HDMI)
This is what the manual says: Set the video output format to use when playing a BD or DVD. Set this option when the system is connected to a TV using an HDMI cable. Adjust the settings as necessary for the TV in use.

Options are: Automatic, RGB, Y Pb / Cb Pr / Cr. Right now, I have it on Automatic, since I've read the PS3 Home screen and games are in RGB, but that Blus and DVDs are best in YPbCbPrCr. But should I have this set differently?

• Finally, even though my TV is 720p, I have the PS3 set to 1080p output. Would this cause picture quality issues for games and Blu playback? Should I set it to 720p? I've read it's fine either way, kind of a potAto, potato thing.

But, input is certainly welcome and desired! Best to all.

It shouldn't display at 1080p if you set is not 1080p.
