How about requesting studios to send sample discs to independent reviewers, prior to its release? Maybe a pre-production disc? Since its such a new format (for the Indian industry) it would be beneficial to the studio as it provides a good feedback loop.... they can fix issues prior to spending big buck$$ with production, replication, marketing, sales etc.

I understand Bollywood Blu-Ray is sincerely trying to help but having someone independent do the review removes any conflict of interest.

In my opinion, no Bollywood studio has established credibility with rendering BD's and that would include UTV, Buzz 18 and BIG. They may have had success with DVD's but this is a new playing field and if someone like EROS can falter then so can the other studios!

Does anyone know if the Blu-Ray contains all the features of the DVD or if YRF dropped the ball on this one?

How does it measure up when compared to EROS BD's. Anybody???? Screenshots is really not a true measure. The screenshots of EROS BDs were pretty decent too.
