Just got my BLU-RAY PLAYER and connected it upto my PIONEER 436SXY PLASMA that im sure is 1080p compatable. My tv is a UK model and im using the NORTH AMERICAN PANASONIC PLAYER with power adapter to lower the voltage.Everything is working great except in the setup menu on the player the 1080p is greyed out so my tv is telling me that im getting 1125i
![]() Could this be because im using a US player with a UK tv? or is this a daft question? ![]() Any help would realy be appreciated Thanks ![]() |

The Panny queries the connected HDMI device to determine its resolution capabilities. Is it possible your Plasma only supports 1080p @ 24fps? If so, the Panny will not output 1080p. |
