Default If you could have your picture taken with one person!

If ever I had the opportunity to have my picture taken with Pele I would be a very happy person. Not only, IMO, is the man the greatest footballer that ever lived, he represents class at every turn. He is the one person I would absolutely love to have my picture taken with.

What about you? Who do you admire or feel strong enough about to want to have a picture taken with?

John

PS~ NO dead people...okay!

That statement could start a whole 'nother argument. I suggest we don't go there.

BTW, good topic for a thread, John. A lot more original than some of the sophomoric and/or repetative tripe being posted around here lately.

It popped in my head after reading an article about him, and I thought...you know, here's the kind of person that I would love to meet one day. I'm not a stargazer at all, but some people send such positive messages.

Nice mention of Pele.. probably John Terry as I met him a while ago and have lived with the regret of not getting a photo ever since!

I would choose Gary Payton, the former NBA player.

He's my favorite athlete of all time. I also collect his basketball cards and have the world's largest Payton card collection. I even have a site to showcase all the goods! If I could meet him, I'd plaster the photo all over the site, haha.

If you're interested: http://www.welovetheglove.com

Don't worry: The Glove isn't some euphemism. That's his nickname because he was such a great defender.

He would be a close second/third. I would pick Dr.Martin Luther King...to this day I think that is the best speech I have ever heard.

John

Woman - Kate Beckinsale, obvious shallow reasons

Man - Gary Busey, just so I could say I met the guy and survived.

I would say Dale Earnhardt, Sr. for someone I admire/would have loved to meet, but there's a no deceased rule
