hey is this worth the money? craigslist local and didnt know much about them. figure for $100 it might not be bad to chance??

I had a 15 inch CV sub, I would never pay anything for one again.

Yeah, just a bunch of port chuffing and no ability to dig. If I got one, I would be kicking myself for just not saving a couple hundred more and getting better.
