Shooting at Fort Hood - Blu-ray Forum

Apparently an ongoing situation...

At least 7 killed and at least 20 injured by multiple shooters. One shooter has been "neutralized" and another "cornered." All schools on base are in lockdown with parents asked to stay away. All people have been asked to stay inside and away from windows.

I'm watching CNN now and they're saying 9 people died already. This is horrible.

Yeah... this sort of thing always makes me wonder. I guess I get how one guy can snap and go off on a rampage.... but how do TWO guys decide that they need to do this sort of thing.

My son is there at the processing center. Thank God he called me to say he was ok. He just got there Sunday. He said he just got to his room when the shooting started.

I'm watching on my PC at work, as I do other things. I THOUGHT I heard them say that there were THREE shooters? One in custody, one dead, and one still out there. Did I hear that correctly?

press conference confirms 12 dead and 31 wounded. looks like 1 maybe 2 solders starting firing on a group of other solders in a building with handguns. fort hood police responded and got into a firefight where one police officer was killed along with one shooter.
