Default How are non-english Amazon sites with damaged goods?
I plan on making an Amazon.de order in a few days for a few bluray steelbooks, and I'm planning on at least one of them being damaged, because that's just my luck. Since I'm in the US, I was curious if anyone knows if Amazon.de will be able to help me if I have any problems. Do they have English speaking support standing by for situations like this?
