I filled in a form on Amazon.fr for returning the heavily damaged Rescue Dawn Steelbook I received. Can a French or Canadian member please translate the following for me? I thank you so much!

"Découpez l'étiquette en suivant la ligne. Si vous ne pouvez pas imprimer l'étiquette, merci de bien vouloir joindre votre reçu (l'original ou une copie) ou à défaut un papier libre sur lequel vous aurez noté le numéro de commande, votre adresse e-mail et la raison du retour."
