Default Damaged goods from Amazon!
I'm so disappointed! I ordered the Pink Floyd: Echoes Vinyl Boxset from Amazon UK and after waiting for over 2 months it finally arrived this week. I didn't really inspect it upon receipt as I was so excited. Anyway, last night I noticed that the spines are damaged (crushed almost) and it is very noticeable. I haven't opened it up (thank God) and I want to return it. The problem is they don't do exchanges. And that's a problem, as the product is now priced much higher. I got it for a steal at £11.98 plus £3.96 S&H..this equals $26.61CDN. It now goes for £39.98 plus £3.96 S&H, but is only available from other sellers and not amazon direct.

If it were available direct from amazon I'd order another copy and just return making a switch, but I'm not sure about dealing with these other sellers and their reliability.

Any advice guys?
