Exclamation Mitsubishi - 65" WD-65737 - your opinion?

We have a almost 5 year old Mitsubishi 65" projection tv (tallboy) that we are thinking about replacing. its a good tv but is lacking in options and has not HDMI only Dvi and component. WE have been looking ant dont really want to go smaller. and everything that we see is 50-52 inch and $2200.

I have children and not crazy about the plasma/lcd tv cause of the amount of stuff watched on the tv dont want burn ins and such. anyways, we have been looking online and best buy has they Mitsubishi - 65" WD-65737 for $1600 free shipping. 120hz refresh rate and 3 hdmi and 3 component cable. this is the newer version of what we have now. and it weighs like 70 lbs. My other 65" weighs 337lbs its a full projection tv with the cabinet on the bottom(and that was alot of fun to carry down a flight of stairs when we moved). Does anyone have any imput on this tv? im not wanting to spend the amount of money that the plasma/LCD costs. and we are very happy with the size and dont really want to go smaller. if we get this i will be looking into a Projector for a Theater room for when we get another house with room for a basment.... any help/advice/complaints about this tv would be help alot, i think reguardless it will be well above the washed out Picture Quality mine has now.

Thanks,
-Blaze
