Default Samsung 40 LN-T4069F LCD TV

Hi does anyone have any suggestions for perfect settings with this tv ? also what does 1080p_60 mean ? is this good or bad ?

1080p 60 means it's refreshing at 60hz, or 60 times a second. Main options for LCD tv's are 60Hz, 120Hz, 240Hz, etc. At 120Hz, you'll see less judder than at 60Hz and you'll really notice it in slow panning of a horizon, or a large object on the screen.

Try tweakmytv.com. I know a lot of people here use this as a baseline. I used the setting for my tv and tweaked it from there.
