Need energy drink recommendations - Blu-ray Forum

I don't usually drink energy drinks, but am getting desperate now. Everyday I get up at 5:00am and drive about 50 miles to work in the dark. About 30 miles or so in, I start really struggling to stay awake. I have tried everything I can think of to stay awake, but that last 20 minutes or so is becoming very unsafe. I've tried the 5hr Energy drinks, but they didn't do much for me. Any help?

i'm a fan of AMP but guys here @ work buy Rockstar in the big ass can w/the screw on lids.

they also make a cool sound when u open them!!!

The largest Red Bull or if there is a Starbucks near you, a red eye. I think Starbucks will make those.

It's a triple shot expresso in a coffee cup then they fill the rest of the cup with coffee. Yeah it taste like crap but it wakes you up.

If you can find it also, I highly suggest Bawls. That stuff I usually stay away from because I get so wired.

I LOVE coffee...probably too much! I think I've been drinkng coffee so long and so consistently, that it has no effect on me! I was actually shooting a 5hr Energy when I first started driving and hitting my coffee about half way into the drive, until I decoded the 5hr's weren't worth the money.

I love coffee too and drink it all the time. I guess you're right about not being effected by it after awhile. It does not always seem to work for me some days. I'm sure the gamers on this site will help you out with some recommendations.

Also, can any of these be bought in bulk anywhere? I need to be a little cost effective here since I will be drinking it 5 days a week.

The one drink that a bunch of friends said rocked but was hard to find was Cocaine energy drink. I think they started selling them again though. People got pissed about the name lol
