Default why blurays so late?

like usual no sign of ce3k at my futureshop still no sign of 2001. what is wrong why can't I get the blurays I want?These are not hard to find art movies these are main stream titles I think bluray has a problem. The bluray I want for xmas is ID4 it is set for dec 4th watch it really hit stores in febuary. This is really starting to piss me off

I don't have a FutureShop here anymore so its Frys or Bestbuy - Which Bestbuy does have it on there site:

My local BB did not have Close Encounters which is very unusual since they are usually pretty well stocked.

I actually saw it at Target this morning. At first I thought I was seeing things, but there it was. They didn't have it in the regular BD section. I could see where this might cause confusion for people who think it is just a DVD set. I think it was like $37.
